Atari announced GHOSTBUSTERS - The Video Game

In the good fashion of Hobbyshop Cult Classic Material I feel slightly obligated to shine light about this one. You would think that 2008 would be a little late to be releasing A Ghostbusters Video game when there hasnt been any type of Revival or Refresher to the Original Movies / Cartoons in well over a Decade. Thing is, you will have to wait even longer to face the State P. Diddy Marshmellow man, June 2009 to be exact. However, you will have options because Ghostbusters will be available on all of the current heavey hiting systems: Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PS3, and PC.

I do have to say, even tho I dont think I will get around to playing this one. It is a Plus (in my opinion) that the original Movie characters and stories are pretty much in tact, because they could have tried to be a Modern day, urban twist on it with corny plots and such...

I guess well have to wait a pretty long time to find out.
