This post is actually the 3rd post I have done since the last one posted... I just have the other 2 drafts sitting in Park waiting to be posted.... Just so you know I never forget you guys and gals =)

This post took me quite a long time and tho it was An all day event narrowing down the best of the best of what I came across all day, I must say it was in no way A hassle or time wasted... In fact I had so much fun researching for this post because I came some of the dopest material today... (Most which is bookmarked for later posts down the line) I hope you take the time to check all the videos out as they are all Different in content even tho they all share the same RETRO Gamer 8bit Theme.... On top of getting to watch and Enjoy A Bunch of dope Videos, I also Included Some downloadable Treats for you all to savor.....

Matt Mechtley, is a video game developer by day and loves playing with esoteric peripherals. He modded a Nintendo Power Glove, originally released in 1989 for the NES. He replaced the ultrasonic sensors with an accelerometer, wired connection with Bluetooth, and original microncontroller with an Arduino. (Huh?)

Tho I haven't quite Finished making one of these Cube Craft Type thingies yet, I have been told by the Internet that it is rather simple. I actually have A Drafted post from November w/ Dozens of Cube Craft Models (Contra Levels, Various Video Game Levels in general, Cult Classic Characters) I mean alot of really dope things for you guys but I never posted it cus I wanted to build them all myself and take pictures and just never got around to it, so in light of my Macbook crashing and still sitting unfixed i guess I will Finally get around to working on that so I can finally get that post up for you guys......

I hope you enjoyed yet another 8bit Tribute Adventure.... I really do try to only post things on here that really get me excited and inspired..... Example I started working on this post this morning around 10:30 and its now 4:22am.... now, I didnt work on this strait thru but I honestly did work on it all day on and off researching and finding dope videos..... Leave comments on which video you felt was the best and which one or ones could have been left out of this post so I know how to gauge my later 8bit adventure posts (cus you know there will be 80,000 more of these things hahahahah)

Ahhhh someone pinch me so I know im not dreaming. Mega Man released on the Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation 3, & the Microsoft Xbox 360! Thank you CAPCOM!!!

Mega Man 9 (ロックマン9 野望の復活!!, Rokkuman 9: Yabō no Fukkatsu!! Rockman 9: The Ambition's Revival!!) is a platform game by Capcom. It is the latest game in the original Mega Man series, and the first numbered entry since 1996's Mega Man 8. Its existence was first hinted through the Australian OFLC ratings board, which listed the title on the site and classified it as multi-platform. The game is currently available for download on WiiWare and PlayStation Network and is scheduled to be released on Xbox Live Arcade.

Story

Mega Man's creator Dr. Light is blamed for a robotic rapage and Dr. Wily himself has no apparent connection to it (even showing a video of Dr. Light declaring world domination and Wily refusing to follow him), announcing that he needs donations to complete the robots he created to combat those of Dr. Light. Mega Man must fight to prove his creator's innocence and expose Wily's true intentions.

Gameplay

Using Mega Man and Mega Man 2 as the main inspiration for the title, Mega Man lacks the Power Slide and Mega Buster featured in later games, although the game does feature items such as the Rush Coil, Rush Jet, and Beat. In a future add-on, Proto Man will be able to slide and charge up his buster.The game features several Challenges that require certain requirements to be met to be completed. Other features include a Time Attack mode and a shop where Mega Man can purchase items such as energy tanks, as well as bonus options such as removing his helmet.

Downloadable content

Downloadable content for the game will be made available for purchase during October. These include giving players the ability to play as Proto Man, more difficult modes and special levels featuring a new boss.

• Proto Man Mode

-Play the game as Proto Man. You can use the shield while jumping. Some of Proto Man's abilities may differ from Mega Man's, such as having the ability to slide and charge your Buster. However, you take double the knock-back than normal. There is no story for Proto Man. Not compatible with Rankings or Challenges.

-200 Wii Points

• Endless Attack

-Test your skills on a stage without end. Try to break the record for getting the farthest. Results will be displayed in the Rankings. Not compatible with Challenges.

-300 Wii Points

• Special Stage

-Gives you another Time Attack stage to try, including a new boss at the end! Results will be displayed in the Rankings. Not compatible with Challenges.

-100 Wii Points

• Hero Mode

-Play the game with a more difficult level of enemy distribution. Not compatible with Rankings or Challenges.

Robot Masters

Like most games in the series, Mega Man faces eight new Robot Masters. This lineup includes the first ever female boss character in the original series, Splash Woman.
